If the item you purchased is too small or big you may exchange for the required size needed. You have 7 days to enquire about the exchange, after that time period you will no longer be liable to exchange. Customer must cover all postage fees when returning the item.
If you are simply not happy with the item then a store credit is offered which must be used within 30 days.
Exchanges are not valid on payment plans or sale items (this includes end of season sales and holiday sales). See all T&C on the payment plan page.

Items must be in the condition they were received in, unworn and with tags still in tact.
